Was in the bakery on Sundays 11.30 and wanted to buy 6 rolls quickly. It was still open and the topics were still full. Didn't get anything with the note that it was already closed. There is another way. And what happens to all the goods on Sunday?

There is bread from Kraichgaukorn, grain that has grown without pesticides and herbicides and is made in a closed supply chain from farmers, mills and bakers. You can taste it and it's good. There is also a friendly and courteous service. People like to go there.

So in general, I like going to the Rutz bakery because the baked goods taste really good and are of high quality. Only what I experienced today is the crowning glory. Of course, you often have to queue and wait a little longer during this time. But if there are about 15-20 people waiting and there are four employees, you could at least expect that at least two people will be served at the same time as at other bakeries. Instead, only one lady served and the other three hid in the back in an extra area, there was always one coming out and looking but it didn't matter how many people were waiting. Something like that just doesn't work, even if it's a special time right now. If this were my business, as a boss I would speak a word of power to my employees. P.S. This can happen, but unfortunately it happens very often since the Rutz bakery is in Mingolsheim.

A bakery branch of the company Rutz. The offer is extensive, but mostly not freshly prepared, but only ready baked. The interior is equipped with some tables and invites you to linger over coffee and cake. The outdoor area is also chairs, but is located directly on the main road, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, I can not give a better rating because the employees could not provide accurate information about allergens and ingredients (a folder to look up for themselves was probably not available). Conclusion: Except for the - in my opinion very important - criticism a nice place for a short break.

I'm not very fond of franchising but I have to make an exception here. Fast and friendly attention. Like all the Bäckerei in Germany, they have a wide variety of breads, sweets and cakes. You can have breakfast, have a coffee with a sweet or just go buy the bread.

Very good Rutz branch. For a short time a beautiful building of the bakery Rutz decorates the beautiful village Mingolsheim. There is everything you expect at the bakery. There is seating for eating a piece of cake with friends and having a cappuccino with you. The staff is nice and accommodating a break that is really worth it. In the warmer months you can also sit outside.
